Family Practice
Dr. Baker was born and raised in Arizona. He graduated from the University of Arizona with his Doctorate of Medicine in 1989. Dr. Baker was the fourth physician to join East Valley Family Physicians Having over 30 years of diverse experience in Family Practice, His philosophy is to provide excellent quality care. When it comes to caring for patients, Dr. Baker places great emphasis on getting the most out of your visit with your family physician. He sees the active practice of preventative care as a way to diagnose problems early and make necessary changes. These changes help his patients prevent chronic diseases and leads them to a healthier life style. He believes that he doesn’t only provide care for his patients but the care he provides makes a difference in the lives of the patient’s families and loved ones Dr. Baker and his wife have four children. He enjoys spending his spare time traveling, playing golf and tennis, the outdoors and family activities.
Emergency Care
Dr. Chang joined East Valley Family Physicians in 2016. She obtained her medical degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at a University of Illinois Family Medicine program. In her career as a doctor she has enjoyed providing compassionate care to patients in different healthcare settings, from the home to the hospital, from urgent care to a community health center. Many different experience have been as much an education as formal medical training. She brings her experience and education to serve you at East Valley Family Physicians. She strives to provide compassion care and a listening ear to every patient for better healthcare. When Dr. Chang is not in the office she is with her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
