Supercuts

I'm ever the person who comes home to take the time to write a review even if it's for bad service but in this instance I feel like I should, I went to maribel (supposedly a color expert) and got highlights, my first experience was great so I thought I'll go back and get an ombré look...BAD IDEA! First off it took her 3 tries in the first sitting and I paid over 130 dollars, she said I can come in again so she can correct it so I figured why not I just paid her for a horrible job. My 2nd time was even worse. My hair went from brown to platinum blonde. She knew she messed up so she offered to call a stylist that was a teacher to fix it and she would give me a call to set up an appt with him....3 months later no call! If you tell a customer you're going to do something then do it! Don't lie, it makes you look stupid. I will never ever go here again.

I went in for some layers and a face frame since I had recently donated 10 inches of my hair. Kathryn did an amazing job with my hair and I am very pleased. I will be going back and recommend this Supercuts to all my friends and family.
