        I started as a real estate investor in 2008 with promissory notes. I met my wife and partner Nita through a local real estate ad. We formed 3N1 Property Solutions, LLC in 2009 and have been working to grow our business in Texas. I have experience wholesaling properties using options, assignments and double-closings. We also acquired several houses "subject to" which were rented or sold with owner-financing. Nita has been a Short Sale Specialist since 2005. She has facilitated and closed over 150 transactions. We manage our rental properties, it helps that I'm an experienced painter and handyman with a eye for detail. We want to expand into rehabbing SFR and small multi-family properties. I also buy and sell promissory notes secured by real estate.
