Razzoo's Cajun Cafe

I visited this establishment on 10/25/14 around approx. 4:00 pm along with a group of friend after our son's football game .
My order totaled 64.89 with added gratuity 69.89 with a extra tip for Nice service received from the waiter .
Neither Me , nor my Grandson came close to finishing our meal ( requested 2 to go containers in which I accidently mistakenly left on the table , I was only gone 10 mins before I noticed I left my to go containers on the restaurant table and immediately called them , upon doing so after telling the person who answered the phone my situation she placed me on hold to speak with the manager whom I must say was very rude and unprofessional telling me he was not obligated to replace my meal regardless if I had just left .
I stated to him that I had my receipt to prove the time and I wasn't asking for my back I only wanted my order replaced ( We only had eaten a couple a bites so the containers was full of food )
The manager replied he couldn't help that and it was nothing he could do regardless of how much I had just spent there.
I find this to be very unprofessional , being that one can get better service at a fast food establishment as well as your food replaced
well needless to the first thing Monday morning I contacted corporate office in Addison only to be told that the corporate doesn't handle complaints
when I asked who could I speak with about my situation the lady from corporate stated she will tell the area manager to contact me but refuse to give me the area managers name and number . Well Wednesday has passed and I have yet to hear from the area manager of this establishment ....
$69.00 down the drain

I've ate there twice both tines the food wasn't good and the waiters aren't attentive to say the least. I haven't return

We have been frequenticing this establishment for years but last nights on May 1st 2015 our experience was the worst. We ordered the Razzoo's jambalaya pasta which is usually very good but it wasn't last night. So we told the manager Evelia that it wasn't the same, it's not good. So she kept asking as if she didn't understand. Know a good manager would say at this point let me make you another. So at this time my husband says it Fxxxxx up and she gets the off duty officer and tells us we can pay and leave. She heard F up but she didn't hear not good. So we paid for two whole plates of food and left. The next afternoon I call a speak to the manager Shelby she's unprofessional and useless to. Apparently they have already talked about the situation. We are never going back to Razzoo's anywhere especially Cedar Hill Tx.

The had a funny taste and it made me feel sick. The manager didn't care very much. I would try elsewhere.

Four stars since the wait can be really long! Waitstaff is usually friendly except, music is a little loud. Food is pricey but good.
