I visited the dealership in the latter part of the day a few hours before closing and I had no clue what I was doing. All of the service staff were more than pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I knew what I wanted so I didn't need to be sold. I had searched the website which was very helpful and accurate. I was ready to discuss purchasing my 2014 Dodge Charger. My salesman Stanley Boddie was the BEST!!! He was very patient with me and he had a soothing voice. I guess he could tell I was secretly overwhelmed. He crunched my numbers and gave me the quoted monthly payment. I am not an impulse buyer so I told him I would come back on Saturday, 4 days later to finalize everything. I left feeling good about what I was about to do but I was overwhelmed. I was so overwhelmed I left my license. Stanley called me the next day to tell me my car was still on the showroom floor and that I had left my license. I arrived Saturday for my scheduled appointment time and was greated by Stanley. My name was on the VIP board and I felt special. My car was still there on the showroom floor and a man from the service department was wiping her off and getting her already for me to take her home. The paperwork process took the longest but aparently that is routine. It was still fast, maybe an hour and a half at most. I took my pictures and the sales team prepared my car and told me of the bells and whistles. I left the dealership confident in my car purchase!! The sales and service team were more than great! they were patient, helpful and made me feel like I was their only customer that day although about 11 other people were on the VIP board. Thank you Musselmans Dodge for an awesome car buying experience. I love being a part of the Musselmans Dodge family.

My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles (a Challenger Hellcat and Ram Rebel) in the past year. Their salesperson, Brandon, never pressured us and was happy to spend the time and effort to make sure every question was answered. When it came to the $$ the price there was no BS - actually a great discount on the Rebel along with a more than fair trade-in. We have also had our cars in for service - includinf our boug&t somewhere else Dodge. They go out of their way to accommodate me regarding appointment time; take the vehicle right in and get the job done RIGHT. Finally the Parts department is first rate. We order a bunch of accessories for the Rebel several weeks after we purchased it. The process was fast and efficient and they even gave us a substantial discount and worked seamlessly with the Service Department to have some of them installed. The Parts Dept even worked For Us to have a 3rd party product purchased and installed for much less than retail. Finally every time we visit the dealership every one that we have had dealings with will say Hi and ask how things are going both with the vehicles and personally (I truly believe they actually care)! In summation, this is the finest retail establishment we have dealt with in tens of years - a great product at more than fai prices, honest dealing, and customer service second to none!

I shopped around for a Ram 2500 for a while and had been to every dealer in a 75 mile radius. Most dealers looked at me and thought oh this is just a young kid he can't afford this, but not the guys at Mussleman. They knew I was serious and I had the funds to back it up. They gave me the best for my trade and had the best price on the new truck. Overall was very happy to have found them and made a deal with them. Would start my next car buying experience there.
