We hired them because we advised renters were moving in and we needed a detailed clean. Quoted $300. The bedroom carpets were not vacuumed. The bathrooms sinks were still filthy with construction dirt, the hardwood floors not even touched and drywall dust all settled into the corners. The kitchen appliances, sticky with goo and cobwebs. We are so disappointed in this company, not only for their lack of cleaning (at all), but their utter lack of response about our concerns. It took them 3 different visits to get 10% of what we asked completed. And trust me, that 10% is a stretch. Dawn has not been responsive to our concerns and we have been left with hiring another company to complete their failed job. The other company was absolutely shocked at their version of "clean" and what has been left behind. I cannot believe that any cleaning service can walk away from a dirty house and say "we did our job".
