This company has been a pleasure to work with. I only wish people were as prone to leave good reviews as they are to leave bad ones. Would 100% recommend!

I would not recommend this company. House heater went out and after two weeks of replacing parts, South Air owner told me to find another company because the heater still wasn't working and was making loud noises when the pilot light would come on. I found a new company who indicated South Air replaced unnecesary parts and put a burner in backwards, and they condemned the heater due to crack in heater exchange and replaced the entire system due to danger. If diagnositcs were run correctly from South Air, the crack in the heat exchange would have been evident. All of this information is documented with my warranty company "The Warranty Group".
