I recently went to long horns and I ordered the outlaw ribeye and I must say that it was cooked perfect and the service was just like it has always been PERFECT.
Service was ok but the steak was the worst I have had from this chain. Over cooked and way to much salt. I should have known to go elsewhere when the parking lot was empty on a Tuesday night.
When I arrived at this location I was surprised to see how busy they were and thought that my family and I would have to wait a while, but the servers were so wonderful and we were sat quickly and the service and the attitude of the staff was very welcoming and helpful!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
I was disappointed when I ate at LH. I looked on line found a dip of lobster, shrimp and cheese and drove to LH for this dish. I was told they did not told they did not have any lobster, I waited a very long time for my food, when it came, they served me the cheese dip with shrimp only. I was so hungry I ate it but I have not been back since. I see commercials on TV but am afraid to go and be disappointed again.
I THOUGHT THAT THE STEAK AND SALAD WERE WONDERFUL. THE SERVER AND THE HOSTS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND AS PROMPT AS THEY COULD BE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
I Am Very Paticular About How My Steak Is Cooked, But The Longhorn In Cartersville; Always Gets It Right and The Staff There Is Great.Very Good Restaurant to Dine At.
