Four Seasons Express Carwash of Cartersville

They ruined my paint then played it off and said they fixed it by spraying it with a hose for a few seconds. They couldn't wait for me to leave, but what they don't know is I stopped and took pictures of the paint and I'm about to contact a lawyer and see what can be done since I can't talk to anyone. They won't answer the phone by the way. Also while I was asking the attendant about the damage to my paint the little girl that worked there was taking my picture and it looked like she sent it and was talking to them through text. It's a shame I'll never come back there again.

I have been coming here since 2012 when the price was $4. The price is now $6 and I just got my PT Cruiser done. I have never had a problem here and I also have a Dodge Caliber that I wash here too. I believe I will get the unlimited pass for $24.99 tomorrow.

I just went there and had my car washed. First of all I paid 20 dollars, my car is still dirty. I tried calling them and of course no one answers

very very rude staff, not the only car wash in town, and will not be going again!!!

terrible service by a staff who are argumentative and rude. I would not let them wash the mud from my shoes.

I don't understand the reviewer Onyx131. I have been going there since they opened and have always been greeted by happy and welcoming employees. Their cheapest wash is now $6 not $10 and they now offer a towel service. And just to clear the air, the car wash does not damage vehicles, it's when customers leave it in drive and ram into the backs of other cars! I was there one Saturday when this happened and the employees did all they could to prevent the accident (stopping the wash and banging on the back window, but that woman refused to stop!).

The people there are rude and they just went from being $5 to $10 being their cheapest wash. Alot of cars have been damaged here, i would suggest no one go here
