Forest Creek Apartments. 8615 Fair Oaks Blvd, Carmichael, CA 95608.



A short list of the stuff that happened at this complex when I lived there for less than two years:



-Swat team knocking down doors (2 times)



-Fighting in the parking lot (multiple times)



-Police at complex (too many to count)



-Cars broken into. (at least 6+). My ipod was

stolen by a tenant.



-Cars damaged. (frequently). Our car was hit

by another tenants friend who was drunk

driving. They never paid and the tenants were never kicked out even after the person was caught by police in said car which was stolen with fake plates and VIN with an illegal loaded weapon and narcotics while on parole. my new 2013 car hood was dented by another tenant who sat on my car and who never paid and still lives there. PS he is a felon. My car was keyed randomly.



-Domestic violence (several times police were called)



-Property stolen from backyards.



-Washer/Dryers rooms broken into several times.



-Homeless people moved in with the neighbors and beg on the corner.



-Homeless people constantly collecting stuff from dumpsters.



Manager does not care about the facility. He Smokes pot all day and gets around to things when he feels like it. He is always at home and never answers the door or phone. He never throws the bad people out. If you can pay rent your golden. The type of people who live here has drastically got worse over time and most of the good tenants have left. In the time we were there the row of 5 townhomes had 9 sets of people come and go in less than two years. It looks good on the outside but it is not a nice neighborhood once you start living there. Please take my advice and look for a secure gated complex in this area as all sorts of people wander that complex at night. There is no CCTV and no recourse from management when something happens even if you have proof. (CCTV was going up in 2012 when we moved in. It is still not up. The old CCTV cameras were stolen by people, thats how bad it is)
