Life has been so very busy! It has taken me a while to write this review because if it isn't one thing it is another. Just like the day I was getting into my car to go to work when I noticed a nail in my tire! So instead of going straight to work I went to my Carlsbad Toyota Service Department to get help. I didn't have an appointment but I was treated like I had. The employees are kind, patient and thorough. Kevin Laird was my Service Advisor and he was so nice. He didn't treat me like a customer, he treated me like a friend who needed help. Besides helping me with the nail he went over the history of my car and reminded me it was time to have my car serviced, which I did. My wait time was not excessive and when my car was done Kevin came to find me to let me know. I think he is probably the best advisor I have ever come across. Great service all around! Thank you to Kevin and the whole team. You all are great!

Very great service! Al Vargas helped with trading in my car for the newest model. He is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Will Higgins is THE MAN!!! He's personable, considerate, knowledgeable, and keeps me informed about what is really needed. I feel like he really cares.

We have owned Toyota vehicles since Feb 2006. Historically, "Excellent Service beyond the sale" has been our experience every time we have visited Toyota of Carlsbad. Enter Ms Molly Martin; together with her Tech team they have raised customer service to a new level. "Molly Martin does not compromise; 100% customer satisfaction is always her goal."

Always have an exception experience at Toyota of Carlsbad. Tiffany Reed was excellent in getting me checked in and letting me know the estimated wait time and charges. As usual they did get me out quicker than expected. Had my morning coffee and was able to catch up on email and they sent me on my way in less than 1 hour. Thanks to the mechanic that handled the maintenance, not sure who service the car, but they deserve a Thank You also.

Everytime , I bring my car for regular service, Gerald Camacho and the Toyota Staffs are there immediately , Mr,Camacho very accommodating , explain everything that my car schedule for recall and I appreciate it because Toyota are concerned about the safety of their costumer's . Mr. Camacho make sure that I'm not getting late for work . Toyota's staff are very helpful while I was waiting for my car at the waiting area with free coffee and cookies , thank you all .

took my new RAV4 there to ask for help

setting up the Blue Tooth connection with my cell phone. I had the good fortune of meeting the Shop Foreman, Tony Pereira, who is not only a gentleman, but treated me the way one hopes to be treated, but sometimes isn't. Mr. Pereira is a wonderful representative for Toyota Carlsbad. My car didn't want to connect, for some reason, but he was so patient with me, so kind, and did find the problem. I'll

never take my cars any place other than this one. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Mr. Pereira!

My family and I bring our Toyota Cars and Trucks Here. Great location and the only Team/Adviser that our cars go to is Steve Guerrero. He never tries to sale us items that we don't need but he will mention any problems with the vehicle if any. If you go to this location ask for steve in the front for any needs. Great Guy.

I mean, nobody really have fun when they take their car in for service, but I actually had a pleasant experience at Toyota Carlsbad. Their facility is super comfy and they offer free coffee, cookies and Wi-Fi! I know that a lot of other places don't offer that kind of service and care...you just have to sit there and read motortrend magazines or something.

My number one choice for getting my car serviced. Comfortable lounge, a playroom for the kids, free Starbucks coffee, and complimentary baked goods are all provided with efficient service with a smile. These people make you feel like a VIP!
