JCPenney

I went to JC Penney to have highlights and they did a horrible job. They improvise in a color, because they did not have the one that I used. I went back a week after because I did not have time to go before and the manager and a dark hair lady told me that they were going to fixed it after they saw what was done in my hair and another employee confirmed about the color situation. They told me that they wanted me to wait two weeks to let the color stand and wash off. When the two weeks pass and I called to confirm the appointment, the black hair lady that was going to do my hair told me that the manager said that it was going to cost me 100 and so dollars. I reminded her that SHE told me that it was going to be free of charge, but she said that the manager changed her mind. I could not believe my ears, so I just went some place else. Run while you can, they are a bunch of bullies.
