The poorest customer service in town. Yeah, the lady has a great sales pitch, but buyers-be-aware, if you ever need to action your so called 'lifetime warranty', watch out. She will not return your phone calls and somehow thinks that a 4-5 month wait for repair is perfectly acceptable!

I recently had Roswell Blinds of Atlanta install blinds, shutters, and silhouettes in my new home and I really can't say enough good things about their service. Everything went in on time and my windows are beautiful!!!!!!!! And the prices are the lowest I have seen. Plus the lady who sold me the blinds is one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever met. She has been in business for 17 years and, oh my, does she know her product. If you are in the market for blinds, shades, shutters, etc., you can't go wrong with these guys.
