Star Nails

Horrible experience all around. Worst pedicure ever. They say it’s a spa pedicure but it’s nothing more than a clean up and polish. The polish chipped off the next day and it was very cheap unprofessional polish. I don’t even think half of them are licensed. It’s definitely not a spa pedicure normally you get a hot towel a nice long massage and a mask and scrub they didn’t do any of that just cleaned and clipped my nails and polish and that was it and I felt very rushed they just were more Concerned about getting the next person in there chair. The tools were unsanitary. Polish looks like a 10 year old did it.

I have been twice for pedicure by the gentleman he always did a great job.no problems. I went on Jan 29 the the woman did my pedicure. I was really dreading it and she was not over friendly. I had the best pedicure ever had. Wow. She was great. The man is excellent so u can imagine where I rate her awesome awesome. She doesn't talk much but did an awesome job. Will go back again and again. I relocated 6 months ago and was at their mercy I was so lucky to find them thank you both...

I've been going to Star Nails for years, I bite my natural nails, and they are very short. Star Nails is ran by a married couple, and the wife always does my nails, and the husband does my pedis, and I've always left a happy customer. Never have I felt unwelcome, or gotten any type of fungus as previous reviews have written. Acrylics require attention by the wearer after they are applied. I use vitamin E oil at night before I go to bed, and I'm careful to wash my nails after applying body lotion to avoid lifting. I've been to other salons, and they are great too, but when I get my nails done at Star they last for 6 weeks with no lifting! I get compliments daily, and when I tell people where I go, they always say "someone I know went there and said they were unclean!" It's a small town, people talk, but I'm here to say I've never had a bad experience! As always, I will continue to refer people, and I will continue to have beautiful fingers and toes thanks to Star Nails!!

I wish I had read the top review before my friend and I went to this place! It isn't very clean, my foot bath was barely warm, the guy had a terrible time focusing on my feet and not the game, wasn't very polite, he cut my toe and when I said "ouch" he looked at me like I had 2 heads! Manicure literally took about 5 minutes. Mani & pedi combined - about 15 min. My friends finger nails were so messy - my 10 yr old niece does a better job at painting nails. Save your money - it definitely isn't worth what they charge :-(

Beware of this place. It's not clean. Caught nail fungus, YUK! Never had it before going there. They were unapologetic.

Even though she did a good job I could tell she was rushed. I was out of there within 25 minutes and I was the only client. I expected more of a relaxing experience.
