The UPS Store

My husband was traveling and had to ship many boxes before his flight that day. Upon arrival at the airport, when he dropped off his car, he inadvertently forgot the receipt and all of the tracking numbers. When he called the car rental about them, they told him they had already thrown them away. I called the UPS Store for my husband and Tiffany was extremely helpful in scanning all information and sending it to my husband's e-mail. We so appreciate the excellent customer service! Helpful and pleasant staff. Even a good selection of greeting cards. Sometimes a bit too "small town"--I've had to wait while they finished chatting with a customer (not work related) and finish a phone conversation (also not work related). This is a small store so if there are other customers you may have a wait. All in all I have a good experience whenever I do business here.
