We had reservations for Friday Dec 10 2016. When we arrived we were told we couldn't use credit cards because their machine was down. Then when we ordered the waitress came back and told us n baked or mashed potatoes. No Prime Rib. No crab legs which were some of the things we ordered. We were told there was going yo be a big party there of 205 people. So we couldn't order those items Most of us ordered New York steak and all of them were cold wouldn't even melt the butter on top of the steak waited over a half hour for drinks and along Time for meals. Will never go back. They should have told us they were having a big party and we could have Done it another time They had a contact person they could have called.

Provided by SuperpagesWe celebrated my 60th birthday with a group of about 25 on friday nightJuly 27th. I had called and made a reservation ahead of time and talked to Kathy. Wow very friendly and the party was great. I would do this again in a heartbeat. We live in Grand Rapids and had no idea this place was there. The food was great and no one had any complaints at all, we ordered off the menu. The service was wonderful, we had like 4 waitress's and they all did a great job. I know all of our family will be going back again soon. Thanks Kathy for such great service and a great time. My prime rib dinner was the best ever!!! Marilyn
On 9-12-09 my daughter had her wedding reception at the Cadillac Grill. She had a italian dinner which included lasagna, pesto chicken alfredo and mushroom ravioli. The lasagna portions were different sizes, overcooked vegtables or some got different veggies than others. The chicken alfredo was well you either got a lot of sauce or just a table spoon. The lasagna was dry and none of the food was hot when it was served. If you sat your drink down to go dance it would be gone because the waiters would take them away. You would think they would know not to take them if there was liquid in it. I was greatly disappointed.
