        If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I went in for a physical that also included a mental health check. To say that Dr. Shurley spent 10 minutes in the room with me is being very generous. Dr. Shurley, a doctor who knows nothing about me or my conditions, did not question or discuss any of my issues with me and then refused to pass me because my issues were not "controlled". This poor and negligent evaluation cost me a position that could have started my career in law enforcement. Dr. Shurley has no concern for the patient or their care.
