Pizza Hut

Should be called crust Hut because that's about all you get. Don't even waste the time to request extra sauce cause you will not get it. Most expensive toast you can buy.

The manager on 9/20/2015 spent 25 minutes talking to a friend instead of waiting on customers. Got home and the Pizza was cold due to her visiting her friend.

Every time i go to this pizza hut people are working there hardest to try and get to everyone yes it is a little slow but we dont know what is going on in the kitchen they could be backed up with carryout orders and delivery orders so we really cant judge but we should be informed on the wait time. the service is very nice and kind to us when we do go and they always have a good attitude. i will go back to this store.

I live in a subdivision in the same city limits that this store is located. I used the Pizza Hut app to order a pizza for delivery and received a confirmation email from the company. Approximately one hour after the email was received and 5 mins prior to delivery time Pizza Hut called me to say they do not deliver to my address. I asked to speak with a manager about the situation and he was not flexible (maybe not given the authority to make decisions as a manager). I will not make the same mistake again.

I do not like this Pizza hut, the management and the customer service is great, every time I order from this location, they take about ten minutes longer than the estimated time given, they almost never send a driver out with a change bag, and on top of that, the drivers always bring me a pizza with it pushed and squished up against the back of the box. If you like pizza, or just trying to take a day off of kitchen duty and don't want hungry children crying over a effed up pizza, DON'T go to this Pizza Hut.
