Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had not a great experience with the Rental. I am very disappointed with the fact that car provided to me was not upto the standard.
It was making too much noise. I conveyed the same to executive while returning and got a very cold response that they will look into it.
Also the transmission power was not good. I have to apply more push to accelerate. Interior of car was dirty. It was noted in the rental aggreement by the executive. Lastly, I opted for GPS and the one provided to me was very old. It didnt had the latest maps on it. My accompanying fellow told me that the GPS device given to me is very old, it was used in 2008-09 but nowadays much enhanced GPS is available. I also felt the same, and provided GPS forced me to use my mobile Google maps for navigation because GPS is not uptodate.
In all, my experience with Enterprise is very bad. I was not expecting this kind service from company like Enterprise.
