As a former car salesman I pretty much know all of the little tricks and sayings that car people use. I am happy to say that these guys do NOT do that. They are straightforward and very transparent in their dealings with customers. If it was like this when I sold cars I would still be in the business.

I dealt with Emanuel "Manny" Jimenez the whole time and he was very professional and not pushy at all. I had actually made a deal 3 weeks ago, signed papers, then changed my mind, not because of anything THEY did, just having "cold feet". Of course Manny followed up with me by phone and asked why I had changed my mind. When I explained to him I just wasn't ready to spring for another long term commitment, he said his dealership would NOT want someone to buy something from them that they were not comfortable with. Really? You mean it's NOT just about selling as many cars as possible any way they can? Huh, this is different LOL.

After a couple more, non pushy, follow up calls, I politely told Manny that I didn't mind him calling me but that he was wasting his time as I'm no longer in the market. He understood and said if he could help me anytime in the future to not hesitate to call on him again.

Fast forward to the next week, after putting more miles on my 250K+ truck, I called Manny and bought the vehicle, a 2016 Tacoma.

I would definitely recommend these guys to ANY of my family and friends. Also cudos to Dustin Herndon, the General Sales manager, very professional, runs a great team!

This is by far one of the best buying transactions I have had in my 56 years . They treated me like I purchased a brand new car. It couldn't have been any better.Josh Tackett actually does internet negotiations most will try to call. highly recommended. One of the best dealerships in Texas.
