Was unable to give zero stars. The business agreed to prepare court documents on my behalf in January 2012. I paid $510 for court fees and the preparation of documents. Over the following six months, the business claimed to have filed the documents on my behalf. I made many requests for a copy of what they filed and a receipt of court fees. They did provide documents. I checked with the courts and they have no record of any documents being filed on my behalf. After leaving many unreturned messages, I requested a refund. The business then claimed they received something from the court and needed more information from me. I requested that they provide me with what they received from the court. As of today, I have not received a return phone call. I stopped by the office and it was empty.
