Before leaving town on an extended vacation. A deposit was made so forward the mail while away. Upon paying for the service a receipt was not giving, it was simply written in a notebook and the counter last assured it was okay. After settling in contacted Mailbox Accessories and apple to the owner Mark. Gave the forwarding address. Throughout the call he read the address back wrong several time. Finally correct waited a week package never arrived. Contacted Mailbox Accessories was told by the same lady that she had pacakaged and mailed Jan 16. Priority Mail. Since that time had been calling USPS and Mailbox Accessories. Asked the owner for the receipt number and he would not give it and said he would track it on his end. He has not once offered an apologize and sounded very indifferent to my important documentation being lost. A good mom&pop place if your in transititon. Not good for legitimate business. Suggest going brown UPS now has mailboxes and all packages are signed & tracked.
