Staff is always helpful. Very Friendly! They kept me fully informed the entire time and checked in on me from time to time to let me know the status of my vehicle. It was so nice to pickup my car with it all nice and clean! They even vacuumed it out for me! The best dealership by far! I did save some money using the service coupons on Facebook!

My car of 18 years finally put me down . I had to have a car as soon as possible , but I dreaded the search . I decided I wanted to look some GMC's . I came accross their Envoy and decided that was what I had to have . Jim Ellis Buick GMC had one that was just a little out of my price range . I called them and spoke with Steve Kerns I told him of my dilema and he said don't worry about it we will get you where you need to be and put you in that Envoy . I had to travel over 200 miles round trip to get to Jim Ellis Buick GMC but it was well worth the trip . Once I arrived Steve greeted with an warm welcome and we sat down he explained everything step by step . After Steve I had to meet with the Business Manager Bonnie Barr and she was equally as informative and nice . She explained everything in full and in detail as well . Which I appreciate so much . "Shelton Story and Nathan Shaw are the main reason I purchased my truck with you. I had driven over an hour to look at two paint colors I was considering, and I wanted to see them in person before I ordered a truck. I had already been on GMC's "build your truck" feature and had a printout of exactly what I wanted to buy. Two other dealers had done searches and could not find a match. I was planning on ordering from a local dealer. Shelton looked at my printout and offered to search for it. In a couple of minutes he found an exact match for me. The fact that he helped me find what I wanted, and didn't try to sell me something else on hand, made all the difference to me. While he was doing this he introduced me to Nathan, and at that point I learned that Shelton wasn't a salesman, he is the internet manager! Nathan took over where Shelton left off. He was professional, knowledgable, and just a nice guy to deal with. He went over everything I wanted to know about. Looked into options, acc

I recently took my Pontiac Vibe in for maintenance. Rick greeted me. My car was serviced, washed, and delivered on time. This service was not out of the norm, I have become accustomed to superior service from this team - including George (who has been my primary service rep for the past 10+ years). The service team and the technicians doing the repairs/maintenance are the reason I am a loyal customer and have purchased 6 cars from the Bailey dealership. The dealership recently changed hands and I was concerned that my service team may have been replaced. I'm glad they are still there! They are tops! And by the way, thanks for the free car wash. Nice touch. Donuts in waiting area were tasty. Even the lady in the office was great. Note. I've worked in a customer satisfaction role for 30 years.I am often disappointed by poor service and uncaring providers. This was NEVER the case at Bailey's and I am happy that Ellis is continuing with the tradition.
