Douglas Phelps - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had no complaint with State Farm but with this agents office. I moved and reported it to their office over and over but in seven months they kept sending important letters to my former address and sending bills to my current address, When I told them of the issue they would only say, "Oh really it says your current address on the computer" instead of checking to see what the issue was. One month my auto and renters would be together giving me the discount the next I would be billed separate and have to call and complain only to be told, "I don't know how that could happen." They're very incompitant. I also put the indrive in my car being told I would get a 3% discount then and would see another discount depending on my driving in a month. I never saw any type of discount at all and only drive that car like 3 times a month! If you're going with State Farm go with another office in town.
