Starbucks Coffee

I was extremely upset today after what I saw. It took over 15 minutes for my child to get an iced green tea. There were several kids from the nearby high school in there and adults that came in several minutes after them. The kids waited 15-20 minutes to get their order while adults that came in after them got their orders first. I sat and watched this firsthand, shocked by what I was seeing. We shouldn't have to plan on an extra 20+ minutes to get coffee or iced drinks to make sure the kids I'm driving can make it to school on time. Which today they were late and received a tardy, so thank you Starbucks! Parents, if your kids are telling you they were late because it took so long to get their order, they are telling the truth!
