        Do NOT place your loved one here! These people can hardly answer the phone, if you confuse them (you know with an actual question) you may get hung up on (yes like me) I was like wow! Also spoke to the "Administrator" he was extremely ignorant, to my surprise! I guess it really does float down hill! 8-10-2011
