I paid for my dress in full ($392) July 5 2012. The wedding was October 27th 2012. My dress arrived at Lestan's on October 26 2012. This was the day before the wedding. It. Was the wrong dress. It was clearly their fault! I had to by a dress off of the rack from David's Bridal for $99. I was told that I would get a refund! I still do not have my money to date. I was finally told that under no circumstances will there be any refunds. This sounds like Bridal Rip Off! I want my money back! I want everyone to know what kind business Lestan's is doing!

Honestly do not waste your time here unless you love stress in your life.

My wedding day is March 9th 2012 however to play it on the safe side, we told them March 1st is the day.

We told them that we will be leaving on Feb.28th since the wedding is in Jamaica. The bridesmaid dresses were picked out & paid for on the 1st week of Oct. 2011.

Nobody from LESTAN's contacted my bridesmaids, we had to call them every 3 days to check on the dresses.

We went to the shop to show face & to see what the HELL is going on & the manager was such a rude old lady!! She had the nerve to tell me I should have told them Feb 28th as the day & not March 1st!!!

I told her if my dresses aren't in by the 27th, I want a full refund & I will see her in court!!!

Thank God our real date is March 9th but still my bridesmaids work & go to school so they dont have time to drop everything at the last minute due to LESTAN'S
lack of customer service...

Dont shop there!

I am so disgusted with this store . 6 month going back and forth with their lies. Paid so much money for my dress and they didnt even cut my dress they took full chucks and made loose stitch on my brides dress. Back hem so uneven which I couldn't see. 5 pins were found on my dress by s professional lady that goes altercations for brides dresses. She was so angry when she saw Lestan alternation on my dress.

My bridemaid dresses were order wrong. They were supposed to be all Tiffany blue and this is what wa sent off white with tiffany. After 6 hour of aggravation in the store they refuse to give bridesmaids deposit back. 10 days before my wedding and not a call. Eva the lady whom did my dress refused to give me owners number. My ladies are so overwhelmed and my daughter got so emotional and started crying. I couldn't take the stress. No phone calls back so we decided to go to another store in new Jersey and owner was an angel. She order beautiful tiffany color dresses and had them in the store in 3 days. I will move forward with my wedding in 9 days now and will take Lestan fastion to court with all proof and witnesses including my new witness who redid my dress beautifully. . I decided to enjoy my wedding in August 2018 then I will take legal action. I will never recommend this store. I rather save you from stress, pain, anxiety, and most of all feeling rob of lots of money on an occasion that's suppose to be special and full of joy. Sorry if I disappoint you but I would never want anyone to ho through what I'm going through with this company. So sad.

Lestans Wedding Shop is amazing. Honestly, as amazing as it comes. There are some very helpful women working at this place and they really helped to make my experience what it was. From the very moment I walked in, the receptionists were very welcoming and they directed my bridal party and I downstairs. When we went downstairs, there were SO many dresses. I went in there with pictures, but when I saw all of those dresses, I immediately knew I wanted something different. The bridal women were all very patient and honest. I'm very happy with my decision and with Lestans.

Kisses and Hugs all around to the wonderful women at Lestan Bridals. I was dead set on this gorgeous Maggie sotero wedding gown and I went into lestan to try it on. when I tried it on, I hated it. thanks to the bridal ladies downstairs I found the most beautiful sofia tolli gown for my perfect day. Josephina did my alterations and shes the cutest little Italian lady. everything was great. I brought them a picture from my wedding and to my surprise, they put it up on their display. way to make me feel special. go lestan!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. They are rude, unprofessional and may even be dangerous. I ordered a dress from them for my son’s wedding. They were nice when selling my dress, but as soon as they have your NON-REFUNDABLE money the nice stops. When my dress did not arrive on time, I was told it would be in two weeks. 2 weeks came and went. I kept calling and getting no answers. No one calls you back and they just keep lying to you. While we were there for fittings there were 4 other customers also upset about their orders not being on time or alterations not being done properly. I only got the dress 4 days before the wedding. Finally at pick up the manager had a meltdown cursing, calling me names, and going crazy. My daughter was with me and was so scared she was shaking. In addition as icing on the cake, they told me they would order a piece of fabric for a headpiece I was going to have made. That fabric was never ordered and I was told that I was lying about having asked them for it in the first place. Not only were they obnoxious to us as the customer, but were completely disorganized in everything they did. If you are looking for a pleasant, stress-free, kind environment to purchase a gown for a wedding THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

O-M-G. best time EVER. working with MOET & STEPHANIE made my experience at LESTANS the best ever!! i read some reviews online and i saw some awful things but i figured, hey, i might as well just give it a try. it was a saturday and i went in and it was a bit crowded upstairs but i was told i had to go to the bridal department. when i got their i saw a girl wearing a veil come up to me introducing herself as STEPHANIE asking how can she help me. i was histerical and thought it was the cutest thing that she was wearing a veil. any ways i told her what i wanted and she quickly seemed DELIGHTED to help me. she then introduced MOET and they both seemed serious about finding me the perfect dress. i told them i was ONLY looking but they quickly changed my mind. they showed me the most beautiful beaded lace dress and i fell madly in love. i ordered the dress and when it came in i was sure to do my fitting when moet and stephanie were both there. i felt so beautiful it was just an amazing feeling. because my dress was laced up in the back and so were my bridesmaids i was terrified about what i was going to do on my wedding day. when i mentioned my fear, steph and moet quickly offered their services to help me. they wer absolutley wonderful. they helped me get dressed, they helped my girls get dressed and they helped me throughout the whole wedding. during the reception i wanted my dress loosened and they quickly helped me. if anyone wants their wedding day to be perfect, GO TO LESTANS AND ASK FOR MOET AND STEPHANIE. YOU WILL NOTTTTTT BE DISAPPOINTED.

MY PERFECT PRINCESS WEDDING. I GOT MY PERFECT DRESS, GOT PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYTHING WENT PERFECTLY. THE LOOK ON MY HUSBAND'S FACE WHEN HE SAW ME WALKING DOWN THE ISLE WAS JUST PRICELESS. LESTANS HELPED ME SO MUCHH!

From now on, my mother, aunts, cousins, friends.. everyone will be recommended to lestans. the staff is remarkablee!!! I think i met some of the nicest people ive ever met. (no offense but the young people, the older ones are a little too competative for me). however, i found the perfect dress at a great price. i expected my dress to take 3-4 months and i ended up getting it within 8 weeks. it was wonderful. i love lestans

Lestan is one in a million. When i walked through the door i felt like i was not going to find my dress. when i was told to go downstairs to the bridal department i went and i was shown a bunch of dresses because i didnt know exactly what i was looking for. the lady i worked wit knew what would fit my body and she found my perfect dress. sophisticated, yet sexy at the same time. i looked phenomenal for my wedding.

Ok so after reading some of these outrageous reviews, i cant believe it. I love lestans bridals. they are so friendly and knowledgable. i worked with mowet and stephanie and they were simply wonderful. they were so funny and sweet and they made my experience perfect. when my dress came in, it looked soooooo beautiful. i couldnt help but grin from ear to ear. josephine did my alterations and they were lovely. mowet and stephanie even came for a small fee to help my girls and i get dressed for the wedding. they were even nice enough to come along to my wedding and kept us well groomed and pretty. stephanie and mowet are like the dynamic duo in lestans and i would recommend them to any and everyone. i seriously had my dream wedding.

Lestan was caught on camera and featured on the news for their TERRIBLE service.



I can account firsthand how they completely lied and gave me the wrong dress when it was already too late for me to find another one. not only that, but they denied it and were incredibly rude.



i sincerely can not believe a store can operate on such a disrespectful, dishonest level. i can only hope to stop other customers from making the same mistake i did.

I would advise everyone to look in the other direction and RUN AWAY FROM LESTAN'S BRIDAL ASAP!!!!!!!! The sales associates are rude, they try to force you into making a decision on a dress. I have tried them once with a prom dress and they sweet talked me into getting a dress. I made no on-the-spot decision and the sales associate became enraged. Reluctantly, she showed me one more dress (giving me an attitude) the whole time. The dress was so overpriced! I was shocked. A friend of mine also went to lestan's and was displeased. She had a large wedding and they wanted her to put down a deposit on the bridesmaids dresses even though the style did not fit some of her bridesmaids. She went to the other bridal store across the road named Alyssa's Bridal and found the same dress 30%cheaper and nicer dresses. NO ONE SHOULD GO TO LESTAN'S...they make a fourtune ripping off everyone

I ordered my wedding dress in October 2007 for a May 2008 wedding. When I went to my first fitting in April 20 07, I found out that they ordered the wrong dress and color! My wedding was 4 weeks away and I had no dress. When I went to my second fitting 2 weeks later after it was re-ordered and rush delivered, the dress was the wrong size. I order a 16 and got a 20! The manager was very very rude and nasty about the whole situation when my mother, fiance, and myself confronted her about her sales associates mistakes. I asked for some type of compensation for their errors like free alterations and she refused! She wouldn't even admit that all the errors made were her fault/sales associate. I was so angry and upset that I walk out.



Be advised that once they get your deposit/monies, they will treat you like garbage if you have issues. I would never go back there for ANYTHING and I advise you NOT to go there neither!
