Overall

We used this company for 15 years. But last time they refused to send a car to JFK in a very rude manner. I can't understand the reason. The operator suggested me to call another company, he was not going to give me any help on my request. Ok. I'll find another one. This company is not alone.

Overall

Rude nasty driver. ANTISEMITIC DRIVER!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! The driver after screaming the whole ride also asked for a tip. Just take an UBER and save some tears.

Overall

The drivers are skillful and courteous. Given the chaotic traffic conditions here in NYC, they are as prompt as possible.

Overall
really scary

My wife was just accidentally picked up by a concorde driver who didn't identify himself as a private car company. She had called the same car service she always uses, went outside and got into the car when it showed. Halfway home (she was going from Water Street to our home in Harlem), her car service called to ask where she was. She asked the driver who he worked for and when he realized his mistake took her on a 45 minute joyride. I was fortunate enough to be awake at 1230 am, to answer her call, jump in a cab. She kept her phone on speaker, telling me where she was the whole time, while he kept telling her it would be "500 dollar" to get out. What I could gather from the yelling, is that since he missed his pickup he would be fined 100 dollars and that whatever she was going to pay him for the drop off wasn't worth it to him. What I can't figure out is why his panic led him from 10 blocks from his home to the Lower East Side where he was screaming at her for money. When he realized that someone was coming for her, he panicked again and drove to the 5th precint on Canal Street. From the outside, I can easily understand how the cops made light of the situation, because from they were sitting it was a "misunderstanding," there was no harm done and my wife was safe. From a husband's standpoint, there was a 15 minute period where, for all intents and purposes, my wife was kidnapped, scared and being screamed at by an approximately 6'2", 200 lb man, while I listened on my phone, trying to find her in Chinatown. I can't imagine any situation worse for a young woman and don't know why Artur Lou, driver # 5447003 behaved the way he did. I also don't know how he would've reacted if he didn't think someone was close to catching up, since he only went to the precint when she gave me an address and I replied how close I was. There is no rating low enough for a company that employees human beings like this.
