I have purchased food at this location since the 70's. I never had problems there until the last few years. Today, I drove up there to buy 2 Steak, Egg & Cheese bagels for breakfast. After I heard the welcome speech, I ordered the 2 sandwiches and said that will be all. I couldn't understand anything the young lady said to me after that except "pay at the 1st window." She spoke very fast. I paid at the window, got a receipt and change, then drove up to a second window to get the sandwiches. There were several cars in front of me. After each of them got their order and drove off, I pulled up to the window and another young lady opened a window, greeted me and handed me a small bag With the top folded over. They were busy so, I just drove off and headed home. When I opened the bag at home, it only had one sandwich and I had paid for two. So I had to drive back and went in to the building and asked to speak to the manager. She was very nice, apologized for my inconvenience and told me she would give me two *new* sandwiches after reading the receipt and checking the bag. It was a Saturday morning (around 9:45); they were very busy and there was a lot of commotion near the sandwich rack. They ran out of steak bagels, and she was telling the crew not to sell any more. She filled my bag, tossed in some pies and hash browns and handed me my order. I checked inside and saw 2 of everything so I left. When I got home, I grabbed a sandwich and began eating it. It was good, but didn't taste quite right. I ate about 2/3 of it and then opened it up to look inside. IT WAS A SAUSAGE AND NOT A STEAK PATTY!!! I went back to the bag and the other sandwich was a steak bagel. So after all that bother, I ended up with a cheaper sandwich than what I paid for and I was not nor will ever go back to that MacDonald Restaurant again. I am DONE with them. There are better ones around, although I will have to drive a little further. If you want to go there, you will probably get a decent sandwich if they haven't run out (Happens a lot there). It shouldn't have to be like that.
