I have been using this service for almost a year now and compared to other car services. They are kind, efficient, and always on time. The cars are clean and dispatch is always friendly. It is a breath of fresh air and I recommend them to everyone. They call when they are out side. They take cash and credit card. And are child friendly. I have had some horrible car service experiences in past but never from Prestige 2 or Prestige. Thank you to all the drivers that i have had . continue the great service.
Absolutely terrible service. Rude, obnoxious operators who fail to say hello or goodbye, you get put on hold before you finish your sentence, then they argue about not having complete details. Moreover, they refuse to take bookings if you want to pay with a credit card. What kind of company does not take CC?! Cherry on top, you are required to pay the full amount when you are picked up, not when you reach your destination. I would never use this service again & will never recommend it to anyone. If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I'd give this company.
