Worst customer service experience ever! We purchased a Groupon certificate, made a reservation and after driving over two hours back and forth and paying $10 in tolls to get there, we were told by the rudest manager ever that he was not accepting it that day. We showed him that the certificate didn't mention not being able to use it on that day, but he still refused to honor it because according to him, it was a holiday, even though it was not. Then he said that it was "his holiday" and to call Groupon because they had made a mistake, then turned around and left. This person knows absolutely nothing about customer satisfaction. Worst restaurant experience ever! Would not recommend to anyone.

i had the best dining experience the food is the best service very friendly and the best banana flambe for dessert i ever had.i love this place , Portofino have the best out door deck looking over water.
