Hi Miles Transmission

I hope everyone can see this message.I am so happy to recommend HI MILES (AUTO KING) to you guys. IT has been our neighbor for 40 years and been nice to everyone. I am so excited about their job. They saved me $1200 on my car. I have never felt something wrong about my transmission these years.I just trust this shop a lot. I am so glad that my friend recommended Hi Miles to me. I have never worried about my car since I met the owner . Thank you .

i had my transmission rebuilt on my ford taurus in nov,'11.2 days after i took it out the check engine light came on for a sensor that they added on w/o my prior approval.my car never had the power that it once had although i was promised that it would run like new.took it back last month for the check emgine light and the loss of power.i just dropped it off today because the transmission is gone again..their customer service is horrible,they make you feel like your a nuissance when all you want is for your car to be fixed properly the first time.on top of that they overcharge you and they switch up the prices on their estimates and you feel hopeless because once they have your car your trapped..please don't go there,check around.these guys are crooks.i've spoken to a lot of people that i have run into there while they wait for their care and no one has said anything good about their work/service..

I have rebuilt 4 transmissions in Hi Miles. Every time I am so happy with their service and the price.The cars are running so good.They solved all the problems which other shops could not find out.I know that his technicians are certified and have worked for him for so many years.I just feel safe and comfortable to come to this shop

THIS PLACE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. I went in for a engine overhaul and I was told that it would take 2 weeks to do and would cost $2,500. After waiting 4 weeks, they charged me $3,600. The bill had all kinds of crazy add ons. They charged me $200 for liquid replacement????? since when does it cost 200 for a few quarts of oil. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

I've have rebuilt 2 transmissions at this shop and both times I have lived in fear of the final price. I was given a estimate after they opened up the transmission and when I went to pick up my car an extra $1000 was added on to the bill both times for planetary gear replacements. Last job cost me 5000 to have the transmission rebuilt I was quoted 3500. They do good work but the price they say is never what you pay.

I am very pleased with the transmission service they have provided to myself, my family members and friends over the past ten years. they do very good job and do not charge me a diagnostic fee for your service. This impressed me very much, others would have charged me who knows how much.
