I do not recommend this business. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond the imaginable. In this office you'll hear the staff arguing about personal problems on the phone, disrespecting the clientele and having lunch while attending clients. Lorenzo, who is the person who fills up taxes, rushes through the process, seems unsure of what he is doing and will not be available if there is any consequent problem arises with the taxes. They take weeks to respond calls or emails and are very unreliable

very unproffesional service be aware. I dont recomend this business to anyone. I had the most horrible experience his solo owner Lorenzo Almanza is very unreliable. He and his sister (the secretary) mistreat customers. In addition his filling of taxes service are full of errors. If you want an audit, you most definitely want to go there.
