Beginning to end, wonderful service - very diligent, responsive and quality of work was very good. They repaired a new vehicle following and accident and left it like new. Highly recommend. Special kudos to Mike and Eddy.

. I've been outside your location waiting to get my car for an hour . I arrived at 8:06 and am writing this at 9:05 . The lady in the trailer already charged me and gave me my receipt she said her guy would be here in 15 minutes ... This is really bad customer service I don't think is fair for me to wait in the freezing cold just because you guys are not prepare ... I want something done about this .

On 5/15 five js towed my 2014 honda from an accident after speaking with chris and he explained gieco would try to have my car repaired else where he was right and gieco was nasty because I wouldnt go to there shop but I trusted chris and on 5/27 I got my car back better than new they are a 10 star operation

My car broke down a few weeks ago late at night so I called five J's and they came right away. Being a single mother it was hard for me to be broken down on a highway with no way of getting home. After sharing this with the two truck driver he drove me home after dropping off my car at the shop. Great service, very friendly, and they were even able to fix my car at a very reasonable price and in so so quickly. Love five j's!!!!

Someone hit my 2013 Lexus a few weeks ago, never heard of five js auto before but now after they fixed my car I'd recommend them to everyone this place is awesome and the way my car came back looked better then ever. Thank you five j!!

I got a flat tire on the Bronx River Parkway. I was waiting for an hour and 45 minutes for AAA to tow me, freezing cold and late to work. One of Five J's drivers saw me stranded and offered to tow me to a nearby gas station. He was exceptionally kind and reassuring. I am so grateful to Pablo and Five Js.

My car was stolen while I was visiting a few family members in the Bronx area. Next morning car is not there. I goto Five J's, the men behind the desk were nice and sincere to me. They gave me my car back, no overcharges like all the rest of the places in the city. My black mercedes came back with no dents or dings! GREAT PLACE!
