        Called them to service my hot water tank. Jim came out within the hour. Very happy. Left everything clean and price was very reasonable!

        Action Plumbing is our hero! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Jim and his team. We called Jim a few months back to assist with a problem we were having in our half bath. Because of our positive experience this past fall, we reached out when an issue arose again this week. We highly valued his honesty, thoroughness, and expertise and knew he could help us solve the problem and get the job done, right!

        Jim spent over five hours at our home making sure the problem was solved. Jim took the time needed to get the job done right! He went through tree roots and clay and more tree roots. He worked hard to make sure the issue was fully addressed. He even took the time to make sure the sanitary line was in good working order and found another clogged pipe! Jim kept us informed throughout the entire process, he was incredibly thorough, and he even provided us with a plan for future maintenance.

        We can’t even begin to thank Jim enough and would recommend Jim to anyone and everyone.

        Worst service in town. I thought a family local business was a safe, wise choice only to find out they do not stand behind their work. They came out and snaked my drain only to have it backed up again in just four months. When I called to discuss this I was told that snaking the drain was like getting a hair cut, you have to do it all the time because it grows back. I called other plumbers and they all stated that the roots do not grow back in four months if the job was done right.

        Have used this company in the past, and they do a great job. Before doing any work, they always give me a full description of the work needed, and a price. Never any surprises. Very happy and will continue to use them.
