        Great Doctor Bad Front Desk

        Dr. Hess is a very nice, knowledgable doctor. Unfortunately, his medical office front desk stinks! Not happy at all! Front desk women acted like I was a bother to her. Acted like I was a self pay patient when I do have good insurance! I will not be back to see Dr. Hess not his hateful front desk staff!
