Bucks County Photo Color

I used Bucks Country Photographers for my wedding. They were well within my price range and their pictures were great. However, I gave them one star because their customer service is lacking. Once they had my money, it took forever to receive an answer from them when I had questions. I didn't find out until the day before my wedding who my photographer was. I never met him before the wedding and he didn't discuss what shots I wanted. They also have too many phone numbers, and do not check all of them. I call and leave messages at the number they suggested, but no one returns my calls. It also took forever for me to get my proof album. It has been two months since my wedding, and I still don't have my album. Honestly, I would never use them again. They created so much unnecessary stress before my wedding, the day of my wedding and even now two months after my wedding. Let's hope that sometime before my 1st anniversary I get my proof album and my copy of the wedding pictures.
