Overall

Very disappointed with Infinity Gymnastics. Our son was in the 3-4 year old program, I felt that the teachers were not age appropriate at all. There was constant yelling, constant reprimanding, constant counting to 3 - while this wasn't directed at my son, he felt very anxious and didn't want to be there. This is a kid who has been involved in every activity under the sun, playing sports year round for two years. He has never had a problem with any activity and he LOVES gymnastics.
We decided to pull out of the program, only to find out that we had to mail in a form. We did. Only to be charged for the next month, when I sent an email stating that we mailed it in, they said they didn't get our form. I emailed back and said we did, so it was either lost in the mail or misplaced by someone there. Out of my control! I never received an email back stating how to rectify this situation. Days passed, I called and left a voicemail. My call was never returned - so a few days later I called again and left another voicemail - only to have my phone calls and email ignored. A few days later I sent an email - infinity said management reviewed my request and they would keep my $64 as a credit to our account when he wants to come back. Uh, not happening. Considering how unprofessional I was treated with the lack of communication, I feel that my form was misplaced by an employee.

My Daughters have been going here for 3 years and I have had nothing but the best experience. The front desk staff are very accommodating when I have ever needed them. As for the Instructors, they are very energetic and knowledgeable. My girls absolutely love this place!

Is there a negative star rating?

Because thats what I would give this place!

The facility is less then clean, but the equipment seems fair so we continued to give it a chance... the carpet was replaced soon after we started so I had hopes that things were looking better and thought to give them some time to improve bc my 2 preschoolers loved doing gymnastics.

A few of the teachers seem dedicated but some are just teens that do not even do gymnastics themselves???? Others are not of a health state and couldn't even do the things they were asking 2 year olds to do? IF u can't demonstrate u shouldn't be teaching young children!

The main reception lady~ after 6 months Idk her name even bc she was always so rude I never felt comfortable getting on a name basis w her!

My daughters 2 and 4 went here for about 6 months mainly bc of the location!!!

Of that time my 2.5 year old had 1-2 classmates but generally it was just her.. they wouldn't let her move up and be in 'class' w her then 3 year old sister but expected the 2 year old to maintain interest in a "group class" as if that was possible at that age with no other classmates present?

All well and good if she was 12 and would be essentially reaping the benefits of a private class but at 2 it doesn't work like that and thats not what I was paying for!

So the 4th instructor (bc the over turn was so high in teachers there) employed my then 3 year old {who had been doing well at sitting quietly on the matt waiting for her class time each week} to come participate in the class to try and encourage the 2 year old to follow suit and instructions. This was working... it kept her attention and she thought it was fun to follow her sister... well that instructor got into trouble for it. Fine, buuuut the owner interrupted the class I was paying for and had been doing so to yell at her employee and then start referencing my child in front of me... when I tried to interject I was given "the hand" and told " she can speak to her employee anyway she likes and anytime she liked". I stated that was not cool to do in the middle of a class session and that I would like to speak to her after class. Well after class I noticed her office door was shut. I politely asked to speak to her and was told she was far too busy to speak to me this evening. I stated that if she felt that was that they could just withdrawal both my students immediately! So she did! Seriously poor manners, poor business skills and sense!

I will gladly drive twice as far and spend almost double to get REAL gymnastics tutorial in a clean and well mannered facility no problem!!!
