        Easter Sunday buffet
        Food was average, but to be charged 18% gratitude at a buffet when we had to ask the "waitress" 3 times for our drink order. Then had to wait 20 min for anyone to bring us the check. We asked to speak to the manager about the 32.75 gratitude charge on a bill of 182.79 for a party of 5 and a child. it took another 20 min till a manager appeared. All he could say was he'll talk to the wait staff. But when asked for a partial refund of the 32.75 gratitude he said he can't do anything about that. Needless to say I will never go back to Nikos nor will I tell anyone else to go.
