Max McGowan - State Farm Insurance Agent

First, the other review for this company is NOT a customer. It is the nephew of max McGowan who "runs" the company. My family has been with this agent for decades and it saddens me to have to part ways with this company. When Melissa ran things I would have given this company a 5. Now she had left and Clayton has no clue what he is doing. They have Flat out refused to explain to us why we have a past due balance and then threatened us with cancellation after a week of going back and forth trying to get an explanation. On top of it in that week I called and had to leave a message (because no one EVER answers) andafter a week my husband calls back to see what the deal was and we were told "oh. Well we sent you an email". Did I ask for an email?! This is the second time in 6 months they have canceled our service, the first time being when Clayton didn't switch over our payment info to the correct card. The new girl Brianna is beyond rude and had hung up on us twice in the last week andwas no help at all. all she kept saying is well it says you have a past due balance. Whopl pays a balance without explination of the charges? Unless Max McGowan, whom I've never met in the 10 years I have been a customer, decides to take back his company and fix these issues steer clear of this one!

This insurance agency goes the extra mile and clearly has their clients' best interest at heart.
