CareNow Urgent Care - Brentwood

Went there for what appeared to be poison oak. The doctor never examined me, she just took my word for it. She asked me what they had prescribed for it before and I told her Prednesone. So she gave me a shot of that along with a prescription for it....but again she never examined me. So here I am....one week later......the visit to this place cost me $177 and another $15 for the drugs.....and I've taken all the pills.....AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. Meanwhile they sent me a survey and on the survey they asked me if I want someone to contact me and I said yes.......that was a week ago....NO ONE has contacted me. If I was you I would stay away from this place. It's a waste of good money especially when the doctor doesn't even look at what's wrong. I'm sure there are more competent emergi-care outfits out there....but this one isn't one of them.

Here is an update to this last review. I got a call from someone at the clinic and they were apologetic for the so called doctor they have but would not reduce my bill in any way. I got a bill in the mail for $141 and even though I was disgusted with this service and felt I should not be liable for payment I went ahead and paid it anyway.

I put all the info in and it kept coming up with a card error. So I contacted the number on the bill and when they ran the info it came up card error. The card is not in error because I used the same card to process a medical payment like 20 minutes before I tried to pay this one. So the lady on the other end tells me to try again later and the next thing I heard was "CLICK".....she hung up on me. I will NEVER use CareNow again and I suggest you don't either. I best be able to pay this bill somehow but I feel that this is the scam that keeps on giving. I can see late charges coming my way even though I have tried to pay this bill like 4 times now.

Do yourself a favor......go to The Little Clinic inside of Kroger. Stay very far away from these con artists.
