The experience was great. Very nice people and did not mind me asking lots of question for I do not know too much about different mechanic parts. Their online has a good selection and if I needed anything they were more than glad to help me find what I need. I recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service was great. They was able to answer any questions I had, and if they could not they didn't try to lie to me, but instead they would tell me that they do not know. They may not have the biggest selection, but if I needed anything they would try to see what they can do. I definitely recommend Bear Creek. Especially for where they are located and good online set up.

if you have found this place online looking for parts run the other way. i recently bought parts from here. what they didnt say is they dont pay any shipping even when its their fault. the first part they shipped was broken and the second wasnt even the correct part. i've wasted 1 month and 400$ and still dont have anything that will help me. i wont get that money back and still have to purchase the part elsewhere. Please dont make the same mistake i did, save your money and buy new or just try your luck elsewhere. #worst online purchase ever
