        After visiting the Sun City Center store where I first purchased my hearing aids, a new person began working there and I had a terrible experience. Continuing on I received a call from HearUSA and received an appointment with Dimitri Ferrone in the Brandon office.
        I was treated extremely well and, although I am 85 years old and live in Sun City Center about 20 miles away, I will continue to drive to Brandon for future visits. Dimitri calibrated my aids to my complete satisfaction. A gentleman who listened and was very professional. Thank you, Dimitri, for renewing my trust in HearUSA.
