Elegant Nail Spa

I been going there for 3 years, always had the same employe (Annie) but she left, so I said to my self, its ok i will try somebody else, very very very disappointed, he took him only 15 min to do a refill, now I know why, when I got home, did my dishes, guess what, 2 of my nails are half gone....will never go there again.....may be the employe should paye more attention to the customer front of them and not being on the phone with a friend ....

Had the best pedicure imaginable! You must try the Elizabeth Arden spa pedicure. I also had a facial which was my first time and a wonderful experience! My only complaint is the massage. I don't know who performed it but I specifically asked for a Swedish massage. I was told that's what I was getting but it felt like a deep tissue torture! My shoulders have been sore for 5 days and I think the massage hurt my back because I can't sit for more than a few minutes at a time. Massages are supposed to be relaxing, not painful. For $80, they need to make sure they know what they're doing. Definitely get the pedicures and facials but skip the massage.

Fateful client every two weeks for pedicure and waxing. I've been a client here for about a year. At first I thought this salon is the most beautiful and clean spas in town. Unfortunately, today while I was getting a pedicure I had witness an awful, unsanitary and dirty of how their staff member . One of the nail technician has just finished a pedicure next to me and quickly sprayed Lysol in the chair without wiping anything or clean then add water and placed the next client in that chair. I stopped and asked the manager but she denied and responded " we'd cleaned the chair , I trained my girl the way I wanted them to be trained." HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE WHEN I WAS SITTING BESIDE AND SAW EVERYTHING? Throughout questioning one man came and said " if you're unsatify with how we clean then don't come back again!" HOW DISAPPOINTED! NOW I HAVE TO FIND MYSELF A DIFFERENT SALON!!!!
