Asprey at Lake Brandon Apartments

Just moved out of here and received a bill for $940.80 to replace carpet in a 2 bedroom apartment! I cleaned the place and vacuumed before I left. I had the carpets professionally cleaned a month or so before move out. Yes there were a few stains but it was normal wear and tear. I have 2 children. I was a good tenant and never paid late or had any problems. My last maintenance request, I waited about 3 months and they never did complete it. Not even before move out! Be careful. They will screw you over when they learn you are about to move and then send you a crazy bill after you move. The place smells like curry ALL THE TIME. Which is ok at first but gets sickening after a while. There isn't enough parking in the evenings. Would often have to park in visitor spots along the sides at the entrance. Which is also very invonvienient when you have company. They may have to walk really far depending on which apartment you are in. Ant and roach problem. Stay away.
