        If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste.         Pizza and wings were both a little salty, but good. Actually the wings were excellent and meaty. Prices high. Would certainly go back. Want to try the Philadelphia steak sandwich. Maybe have to take wings to go.

        Great Pizza --a little too well done. Salads are a little pricey. My wife and I will definitely go back. Nice and clean.

        My husband and I ate at Anthony's for the first time last Saturday. The pizza was awesome. A little more money than we are used to paying for a pizza, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.
