Yum! started out as Tricon Global Restaurants, which was a subsidiary of PepsiCo until the spin-off in 1997. Tricon owned Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC. It acquired seafood chain Long John Silver's and root beer chain A&W Restaurants in 2002. The company then changed its name to Yum! after its ticker symbol.

This is for the lady that yelled at my husband today for trying to get ice for his drink because kfc ice machine was not working. I understand you may have had a bad day but i work in sales and you do not yell at a person across a room with customers in it. Not only did you make your self look like a mean old lady but you also have now showed what kind of people work at your fast food chain. when asked why she felt like she should yell at people we was told that the mngs do not like each other. I am surprised you have not assigned seats for your customers. unfortunately we will not be going back to you establishment.

I didn't like the short blonde headed girl. Was very rude. And was waiting in line forever! Didn't look me in the eyes. And i like going threw drive threw and people being rude

I have went to KFC in Brandenburgs Food Court many, many times. About seven out of ten times thay have got my order wrong. Just about every time it,s been wrong in the drive through. It's a shame that a person, who is tired and had a long day and hungry, Stops to get food for the family, Just to find out, when you get home that your food is not right.

Not to mention that thay charged you for your food and then did not get it. Then you think ok, just drive back down there right, well. I live on the edge of Brandenburg. So it's not so easy. and almost every time. come on. Then you complain to the manager on that shift. Well you know thay just play things off. and it happens again and again. So i am tired and angry. I am going to do anything and everything i can do , and call and write anybody and everybody i can.and will find out who owns it and manages it, to get something done. I think thay need to hire better help and management !!! If you can't do your job, then Quit, and give it to someone who can and needs the job.
