At Hair Raizers Salon we work very hard to achieve customer satisfaction. We do an impeccable job of protecting the integrity of our clients hair while we provide a wide range of services. It is against our philosophy to damage a clients hair for profit. On the day of Nancy's visit she had scheduled a flat iron 2 days prior. She called us on the day of the appointment and said she was running late as she could not find our location. When she arrived our stylist proceeded with a consultation to discuss some things about the service and the condition of the clients hair. She arrived with her hair washed and fully dry. The stylist talked to her about flat ironing and the fact that the clients hair felt very dry and asked her "what products do you use when flat ironing" she said "I do not use anything". At this point the stylist knew she should flat iron the client on a low setting and put serum on her ends to protect the hair as much as possible. The clients entire visit at the salon was less than 25 minutes. After she left she called back several hours later stating that when she was in her car that her hair smelled burned. I asked her to return to the salon so I could take a look at her hair. She said she could not and that she said she had already wet it down. At this point I have no idea what she had done to her own hair. I asked her when the soonest time she could meet me was and we set an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Nancy did not show up and I had booked time out of my schedule to talk with her. She showed up the following day. I examined her hair and it looked nothing like it did when she left my salon. I don't know how this individual can claim a 10 minute flat iron ruined her hair? We flat iron thousands of heads of hair and never hair any problems. Even though I felt that it was not our fault I still offered her the money back she paid for the service. She refused and said she was going to another salon and she would bill me for the services she would be having done there. At this time I offered her some FREE products and treatments to try and help resolve the situation. She also refused these things too. Even though this person keeps writing negative reviews about my salon on several websites I refuse to let her try and scam money out of me and my salon. We are a small business with a great reputation who go above and beyond for our clients and I will stand up for the truth and not be bullied by someone looking for a handout.
