I took my Lexus LS 430 in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. I didn't know my tire size and went out to look. When I came back in one of the guys behind the counter went off about how he told me they don't change low profile tires and that he told my mine were low profile.

I told him I wasn't there to argue with him and walked out.

He seemed more interested in winning a non-existent argument than providing me service.

My daughter goes to school in Bowling Green and needed tires. My family lives 2 hours away. I called acquaintances in Bowling Green to find a tire store and they recommended Sikes, strongly.



Lee is the sales rep who took care of everything. Extremely helpful, gave me options and an opinion, and he took the transaction personally.



The service people recognized the car when she pulled into the lot and greeted her by name. She was on a tight schedule and the job was done quickly. Lee then called me to give me an assessment of the car (nothing else needed) and arrange payment by charge card over the phone. My daughter called me later to say that everything went great, she was well taken care of, and was very confident and impressed with the people and store. The cost came in slightly less than originally quoted.



This is the kind of service we should all expect, but you know, it just doesn't happen often enough. These folks delivered price, quality and service. Usually I expect to get 2 out of 3, but they covered all the bases. We will be back to let them do their magic again.
