Cheetah Clean Auto Wash

I will NEVER use this car wash again. Damage to my car was noted immediately after I exited the wash. Filed a claim report and staff took pictures before I even left the property. When I spoke with the manager, Jeff Fields, later on the phone, he denied any possibility of responsibility. Scratches were very consistent with car wash damage and I am certain those marks were not there before I entered the wash. He told me that I probably scratched it myself removing ice the prior winter. My car is 7 months old and is garaged both at home and at work and I have never scrapped ice of the trunk lid! When I expressed disagreement with him, he became very angry and told me I could take him to small claims court if I wanted and then hung up on me. Terrible business manners and customer service. DO NOT USE this car wash.
